HOW CAN I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
You can book an appointment by calling your exclusive Rosa Clará boutique. You can find your nearest boutique on our list of stores, with telephone numbers and addresses. That way, one of our expert consultants will be able to devote their full attention exclusively to you. You can also book an appointment at your Exclusive Rosa Clará boutique, by completing the questionnaire.

HOW LONG IN ADVANCE SHOULD I GO TO BOUTIQUE?
You should choose your gown 5 or 6 months before the wedding. A wedding gown of the quality of our collections requires time for its confection. At Rosa Clará we do not work with stocks, therefore the confection of your gown involves an elaborate process which will make it unique and exclusive to you. This way, you will be able to attend all of the necessary fittings in your own time, to ensure that your gown is perfect. The sooner you choose your design, the more time you will have to concentrate on the other details of your wedding organisation, leaving your gown in our hands.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO I HAVE?
There are two methods of payment. a) At Rosa Clará Credit, we can offer you a credit plan for the purchase of your gown, which you can pay in comfortable instalments. For more information, see our Rosa Clará Credit section. b) We will ask you to pay at least one third of the total amount at our boutique on the day of ordering the dress. The following third will be due on the day of the first fitting, and the remaining amount will be settled on the day agreed for collection of your gown. (Spain only).
